Bookings made on the website will be confirmed by follow up email/sms/whatsapp communication.

Clients that have booked Admin Support service will receive services such as data capturing, filing, statistics, reports, diary management , etc. This excludes Company Compliance services as these are billed seperately. 

Rates for admin support services remain the same for all hours on the site, however these can be altered should a client need tailor made services. All these rates are based on total number of hours per month.

Retainer fees will stay the same, however for the hours exceeding 40+ per month, company compliance services are rendered for free .

Client will make payments only after a service has been rendered successfully and an invoice has been sent. All invoices to be paid within 7 working days of receipt of invoice.
